Shipping policy
HOW DOES OUR SHIPPING WORK?
At AUTOMATIC we ship the next business day an order is received. Timing on the shipping is responsible depending on what type of shipping was chosen during checkout. As soon as orders are received by vendors (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, etc), it is out of our control. Shipping usually takes 2-5 days on domestic orders and international shipping depends on the circumstances of shipping.
ROUTE APP
At AUTOMATIC , we have partnered with ROUTE. At checkout ROUTE can be selected. Adding ROUTE to your order is inexpensive and will ensure that you have insurance for your orders.
ISSUES WITH SHIPPING AND MISSING ORDERS FAQ
1. If an issue occurs with shipping, AUTOMATIC Clothing cannot do much for you unless it is a fault of ours. All NON-ROUTE shipping issues can be discussed by contacting Mixed Emotion Clothing at automatic.brandd@gmail.com or on Instagram @automatic.brand.

AUTOMATIC would like to remind that shipping issues can easily be resolved by using ROUTE.
2. If an issue occurs with shipping and the order has ROUTE insurance, then it is advised to contact ROUTE. They handle everything from re-ordering the same order and refunds for missing items.
